-Favoritism among middle to upper level management that results in biased practice and unfair treatment of employees

-They take your job description and slowly add to it without your knowledge while promising raises that they will never give you
-They side with management every time - so when you have a bad manager, you will lose every time and be forced to work in hostile environments and face retaliation moving forward
-You can get fired for something that they do not fire other other employees for - inconsistent policy enforcement
-Managers have formed a clique that excludes leasing and technicians, creating a hierarchy of unfair invisible social barriers that you are punished for
-Managers can submit complaints about lower level employees without their knowledge, once enough complaints are filed you can be fired. This can be bad for the employee when the manager is falsely/bias reporting your conduct at work.
