      Pros

      Tons of opportunities for training and advancement. Great staff in several departments that are open to help you when you need it. Engaged executive team that pushes you hard for success. Great pay and benefits.

      Cons

      This is more of a warning not a con. This industry is not for the faint of heart - to succeed you need to be willing to put in the hard work and burn the midnight oil to achieve success but the risk is worth the reward. Your voice is heard when communicated appropriately. There have already been some great changes at Trinity in the last 2 years alone towards a healthier and more inclusive work environment.

There's a strong culture of accountability and teamwork, and you can tell the company actually cares about both its residents and its employees. No two days look the same, which keeps things exciting, and when you have a good team behind you, even the tough days are manageable.
