      Pros

      Almost every staff I've met at my property or others near by have been absolutely wonderful. Most are always greeting you with a smile and believe in team work to overcome issues. The pay is adequate for the job.

      Cons

      Almost no training was given for my position and this created a much larger learning curve than what was needed. Most aspects of my position in management I had to learn from my lower level staff and not my leaders. Very unprofessional and this caused many headaches throughout my beginnings. Policies are unclear for many issues and answers from upper management only answer half the question. When some concerns are brought forward I don't appreciate being told that's just how is it when its clearly and directly affected my day to day job. Insurance is charged by the hour for employees, instead of a set rate. I shouldn't have to pay more for my insurance just because I worked overtime.
