Pros
Insurance is free and not too bad of a deductible. If you work with people you like and do things by the book it makes the experience slightly enjoyable. The training is great if your able to complete any of it. If you don’t-you lose commission.
Cons
If your under qualified management, you’ll do great! Unfortunately they don’t hire qualified or experienced managers. It shows that Trinity isn’t doing well considering one of their properties had a gas leak explosion that was attempted to be reported by residents. Document everything you can and communicate via e-mail, teams or text. I have seen them terminate over qualified staff based on gossip. Also-they state they follow rules and regulations but I have seen this first hand that they do not, don’t sanitize common areas for covid, speak negatively of residents and get annoyed to help, and lack basic knowledge of common courtesy in a office setting. They have a lot of potential but unfortunately they are understaffed and under qualified to manage multi-family housing.
