Pros
I started with Trinity as part of takeover of a property I was already managing that was purchased by Trinity and it has been the best experience with a company I have ever had. There is much support and training resources available that I never felt lost or like I was just left to learn the ins and outs of a new company on my own. They pay is competitive and they cover 100% of your Health Benefits which is amazing. In the short time I have worked for them I have felt more appreciated and valued then at any other company I have worked for. There is a lot of room for growth as well since they are a National Company with properties all over the United States. Being part of the West Coast Pod has been such a great experience and I am very excited for my future with Trinity.
