Pros
Culture is a huge part of Trinity's environment, and the corporate team does a really good job of pushing that, however when you are dealing with a people-centric industry like Property Management, you'll have personalities clash. Some designs for the renovations were good choices. Locations were smart (usually in large cities, or close to large companies). Clothing stipend was really generous, as well as there other benefits. Solid communication between management/corporate at times. Great events for both residents and team members.
Cons
Again, the people you work with can either make or break your time with a company, its not a fault of Trinities, but for some reason this company either invites, or breeds the worst type of people. Very conniving, back-stabbing, rude, cliquey people. I wasn't personally on the receiving end of this type of treatment, but I saw this behaviour, I even witnessed a handful of prior employee's terminated simply because they weren't in the "In" crowd. It was very disheartening. I don't mean this in a derogatory way, but don't work here if you weren't at the cool kids table in high school, because legitimately, you won't be able to hang. You really need that tough of skin to be successful with this company, if you were shy or quiet in high school, trust me, this is not the job for you.
