      Weekly pay, pay rate 15-16 dollars a hour, plenty of forced overtime

      Cons

      Inmates out of control, Inmates that have never worked in a kitchen before, very difficult to supervise most of the time supervisor did inmate labor. Managers with know leadership, direction, turn a blind eye unsafe work environment and high turnover because its in Corrections (CCA, now Core Civic)

      Constantly have to write down time and call to fix pay checks short staffed no real support for employees it's a deal with it or get lost kinda job.
