      Pros

      There really isn't any advantages to working here. None at all. I guess if you need a job, this one will do until you get another job.

      Cons

      Management treats employees horribly. They won't back up a supervisor when a problem with an inmate arises. So much back stabbing, bullying, and drama. I left nearly every day feeling abused. The turnover rate is astronomical. People would quit their first day due to poor treatment.

      Constantly have to write down time and call to fix pay checks short staffed no real support for employees it's a deal with it or get lost kinda job.
