      Pros

      This job has changed my life in ways I could never imagine. For the first time in my life I work for a company that actually cares about their employees and shows it! The upward mobility is faster than any other company. You can go from entry level to management within less than a year and have the ability to make over $100k a year even in entry level! I recommend taking a leap of faith and coming to work with us and change your entire life! This is both a professional and personal development job and it was the best decision I’ve ever made!

      The con is that I didn’t start when I was younger!

      Pros

      Great people, caring upper management, fun meetings, good coworkers, great work environment, uncapped commission potential, base salary, full health, dental, vision, variety of optional insurances, 401k with large company match, actually helping people save money, helping the planet.

      Cons

      Inter-department communication, slow company-wide decision making, bad apples have forced upper management to make decisions that feel like tight leash on entry level reps.
