      Cons

      Trinity does not have the proper evaluation methods. Whether it’s hiring or promoting. They also do not value their employees and make empty promises in reference to project availability and creating new programs to assist installers. Raises take 3 months to receive and you have to initiate your own evaluation or else they will forget.

      Pros

      Great people, caring upper management, fun meetings, good coworkers, great work environment, uncapped commission potential, base salary, full health, dental, vision, variety of optional insurances, 401k with large company match, actually helping people save money, helping the planet.

      Cons

      Inter-department communication, slow company-wide decision making, bad apples have forced upper management to make decisions that feel like tight leash on entry level reps.
