      They do what they say they will do. I started the office 4 years ago, and it hasn't been easy but it has been the most rewarding thing out there.

      Understanding the job is hard. This job is tough and not for everyone. It is the most rewarding and it is the hardest job you will do!

      Pros

      Great people, caring upper management, fun meetings, good coworkers, great work environment, uncapped commission potential, base salary, full health, dental, vision, variety of optional insurances, 401k with large company match, actually helping people save money, helping the planet.

      Cons

      Inter-department communication, slow company-wide decision making, bad apples have forced upper management to make decisions that feel like tight leash on entry level reps.
