Pros

The people are incredible to work with, mostly the entry-mid level people, not upper management. They care about their work and are awesome to be around. If you can handle the management its an easy job to show up and work hard.

Cons

Advertised pay is inaccurate, they will low ball the offer and milk as much out of your time as they can. Employees frequently had to drive personal vehicles for company work. A lack of communication creating more stress than is necessary for a company of this size. Management creates plans to do things then fails to follow through. They frequently make promises or statements about the future of how things will be going and 6 months later you realize there has been little to no change in any measurable metrics that they said would increase. Every company wide meeting involves promises of new business coming in and workload going up, the company meets these sales/production/new contract goals infrequently. Management is demanding, if you can meet the demand they love you, if you can't they will not tell you and you will find out much later when they decide to get rid of you. The turnover is incredibly high and none of the employees that left during my time there worked through their 2 week notice, they were all let go within 1-2 days. The management did not make it seem as though employees outside of the director level or 5+ year tenure were valued, the CEO frequently discussed firing and replacing entire departments if they did not fix whatever they deemed to be a negative situation. Management and HR frequently mentioned that discussing pay with other employees was "unprofessional" and would only lead to negative repercussions from management if it continued.

Pros

You might gain a little patience here, and a few coworkers are genuinely decent people just trying to endure the chaos.

Cons

This is not a stable job, and there is no real potential for growth. The pay is insultingly low, expectations are impossibly high, and you are micromanaged to the point of feeling infantilized. Raises are teased as if they're coming, but they never actually materialized. Leadership is a complete disaster. When problems inevitably arise, blame is tossed around like a hot potato until it lands on whoever is easiest to sacrifice. the sales team survives only because long-time customers keep placing repeat orders, while the technical and warehouse staff are pushed to the brink just to keep operations running. The constant turnover in these areas says everything about how broken this place is. The office is clogged with people who have been coasting for years, dragging everyone else down and crushing any chance for progress or innovation. The owner treats the entire company like a hobby, not the livelihood of the employees depending on it. They constantly chase flashy new ideas without ever following through, leaving the rest of us drowning in the fallout. The whole environment reeks of shallow appearances and control games rather than genuine results or care for the staff. It's painfully clear that the moment profits slip, this place will be abandoned without a second thought. Avoid this sinking ship if you value your career or sanity.

Hello. First, I'd like to apologize that your experience is not what we'd expect from our organization. I'd like to take a moment to address your concerns. As part of the TrinWare mission statement, our goal is to hire the best employees and pay equitable wages for that talent. TrinWare reviews compensation regularly and compares against industry averages. Regarding our profitability and customer diversification... we do have many long term customers; however, we have seen tremendous growth over the past 4 years and have several net-new clients that have joined us within the past several years (some as recent as the past few months) that see the value in TrinWare. Certainly, growth is a powerful initiative for us, and remaining with the same customer base would not be advantageous or profitable long-term. Finally, regarding our culture and work ethic, TrinWare employs the best of the best. Our team works hard, and sometimes may need to do extra as deemed appropriate by the workload. We understand that this is not for everyone, and some may find that as a deterrant. We're up front with this with potential applicants; if you are not a hard worker, and don't like being part of a team, TrinWare may not be for you. All in all, several comments found within this review are not reflective of who TrinWare is as a team. We encourage any potential or current employees to communicate with management and really get a fair assesment of how we treat our team. If you'd like to discuss this in more depth, feel free to reach out to me. -Jeff, 720-673-4995.
