      Seeing Q3 financial report enhance my confidence to the company. It's uncertainty out there but this company has been performing steadily and keep delivering good results.

      Cons

      Moving very fast, maybe too fast... But good thing is I do see a bunch of hardworking people trying very hard to do the right thing.
