Pros
When it comes to personal growth, I believe this company provides an excellent environment. For example, it respects each salesperson’s individual style. Rather than enforcing a single fixed approach, the company first listens to the individual’s ideas and allows them to try the methods they want to pursue. I think this is one of the company’s greatest strengths. Furthermore, even if someone’s personal approach does not lead to success, there is a well-established support system from supervisors and team members, regardless of individual KPIs. This creates a workplace where employees can feel secure and confident while working.
Cons
This is a workplace with frequent changes, so there are both advantages and disadvantages. For example, it is important to keep up with the times; however, it may be better to apply more careful filtering and determine which actions are truly worth pursuing before assigning tasks. Otherwise, if an initiative that involves everyone is suddenly stopped midway, it could significantly impact effort, time, and team morale.
