Pros

Nice facilities, free coffee, central

Cons

Very bad management who doesn't value their employees and is unable to figure out the simplest things (like: people travel way more during the summer, maybe we should make sure all the employees are NOT on holidays at the same time)... They promise incentives, career evolution etc. but nothing happens. You have to do loads of overtime, work most week-ends and I've found myself working until 11pm 5 weeks in a row more than once. As they were not able to do the rota properly they hired a guy to do it. It has become even worse, despite that guy having 2 "assistants" (understand: agents taking on this responsibility and not being paid more to do it, of course). This place is a total joke, so if you want to have a real job just run away as far as you can.

regular wfh is good, and the food is quite deliclious around company.

Cons

lack of clear promotion paths, fast-paced environment.
