Nice team and a good chance to know other people. Provided you're willing to wait for things to get better, there seems to be improvements and it is also a stable job.
Cons
About 6 operations managers left within two years due to wrong hiring policies and a less than optimal HR team who were unable to do a clean unbiased job. There is a lack of talent and an attitude problem where "superiority" is imposed on the basis of "because I feel like it" without any logic or reasoning. Unfortunately, this contributes to the worsening of the motivation across the board from agents to managing positions. For leading positions within the site, this can translate into stress building up and spilling on to your private life.
