Edinburgh-Keep in mind that positive feedbacks are fakes made by a team trying to hide the real feedbacks. The environment is toxic. HR and payroll are a joke. They just ignore your emails. Your payslip is always wrong. They don't pay overtime but they want you to. You are always monitored like a robot. People quit literally every day. The management style is Chinese. You work from 6am to 11pm. Each day on a different shift. You don’t have personal life anymore. TLs simply ignore agent messages for conflict cases, leaving customers even more dissatisfied. The environment is very stressful and the company doesn't care about the employees.
Because no one stays longer than 6 months, you are always working for 2,3...some languages have just 2 agents!!!!!
If a customer yells at you, it's your fault and never the company's (which has a bad reputation...).
