      -Have International vibe in work place -don't need to come to office everyday -Provident Fund/insurance provided

      Cons

      -If not Head quarter office, office would be not a big company. but will work with HQ a lot which if you can speak mandarin,it would be benefit for your career -It's depend on your boss that they will guild you well or not.
