Working with so many different cultures is a wonderful and unique experience. Everyone shares a love of travel so you find yourself surrounded by interesting and likeminded people. Senior colleagues are very approachable and helpful - everyone has time for you and wants to help where they can. You never stop learning and there is so much variety.
