Pros
Pretty decent pay which is more of like hardwork pay off basis (work harder, get more allowance). Plus, you will get to meet nice colleagues that helps around (not toxic ones).
Cons
There are few points that needs to be called out on this: 1. Management side is more towards boot licking. If you would like to get promoted, you will either need to do certain 'unpaid/ uncalled for' work for them or just provide them bootlicking phrases. If they don't like you, don't expect to get promoted or anything. 2. The employee benefits are lacking compared to other companies which is equally large (competitor). They always organize 1 to 1 sessions asking for feedback, they nod to our suggestions but it never gets forwarded to the higher ups. 3. When you make a mistake in one of your tasks, you will get a message ping from the QA staffs asking 'Why?' which is rather odd because the right thing to say is 'You made a mistake here, please check and reconfirm it', not asking an employee 'Why did you do this?' It demotivates employees and makes them anxious especially in the middle of working hour. I would've recommend it previously but now it has gotten worse.
