I’ve worked in several call centres, and I’ve never seen a place like this, where the managers genuinely care about listening to us and providing support, company culture is truly valued, and they also prioritise mental health.
Cons
Sometimes the workload can be high, but I’ve worked at other companies where the demand was even greater.
