Most managers care about their people and prioritise balancing business goals with personal well-being, helping prevent burnout from the sometimes ambitious expectations set by offshore managers. Management seeks out feedback through open forums held every two months, fostering two-way communication. Three days in the office and two working from home. Melbourne is in a shared office, but Sydney office provides snacks regularly. Team lunches and happy hour events help foster a positive and social environment.

Some internal processes feel outdated and overly bureaucratic designed by Shanghai, which frustrates a lot!
