Pros

- Great co-workers were the reason I liked going in on a daily basis. - Good list of clients to work with, so there are constantly jobs

Cons

- Of the three firms I've worked with, they are the lowest paying by over $10K base salary - Uncapped commission is industry standard, not a perk - Turnover rate is absurdly high even for the staffing industry. They have ZERO loyalty to anyone except the top 8 or so Business Developers and Recruiters in the company. - Bullied an entire team of recruiters out of the company threatening to fire them - The owners made everyone in the company write favorable glass door reviews because their ranking was at 1.8 stars. When someone wouldn't write it, they were fired the next day. TCC then lied about the reasons employees were fired to avoid paying unemployment.

Triple Crown Consulting Response

Thank you for your response. My concern with this review is that we do not hire employees who have previous staffing experience and we do not have the title of Senior Technical Recruiter within our company. However, thank you for stating how great our employees are! We hire some fantastic people! And yes, we do stay very busy with our great list of clients! You mentioned base salary, which is also a red flag for this review. We made a significant change to your compensation structure last year and have recently implemented new career paths that are a great perk for our progressing employees. As for requesting favorable glassdoor reviews. I had to go have to 2016 to find consistent 4-5 star ratings. So I will dismiss it. As always, please give me a call to discuss your concerns. 512 623 5777 – Dave

Pros

-The training is hands-on and beneficial -The people in this office are kind and supportive -There is truly room for growth in this role and if you put in the effort, it will be rewarded

Cons

Honestly, none that I can think of. They play the same music throughout the day which can be kind of annoying but other than that, it’s the perfect work environment.

Pros

Access to a large network of technical talent and the ability to fill difficult-to-staff positions, particularly for customers willing to pay premium rates.

Cons

The company culture is heavily driven by revenue generation, often at the expense of employee well-being and customer interests. Leadership appears to prioritize financial results above all else, creating an environment where unethical behavior is tolerated or rewarded if it contributes to profitability. Compensation structures strongly incentivize maximizing bill rates, with recruiters, sales representatives, and managers all benefiting from increased margins. As a result, customer needs and long-term relationships can take a back seat to short-term revenue goals. Clients are frequently charged premium rates that may not align with the value being delivered. The organization markets itself as an engineering services and project-based solutions provider, yet much of the business operates as a traditional staffing firm. There is a significant disconnect between how the company presents itself externally and its actual capabilities and operating model. Employees and customers are often encouraged to view the business as a statement-of-work (SOW) organization despite limited evidence of true project delivery expertise. Management lacks strong professional leadership skills and appears to be promoted primarily for their willingness to execute and reinforce the vision of ownership rather than for demonstrated leadership ability or industry expertise. Innovation, strategic thinking, and employee development are not organizational priorities. Overall, the company feels like a traditional staffing "body shop" with limited vision, questionable integrity, and a singular focus on increasing margins. Employees are frequently expected to take on excessive workloads to drive profitability, contributing to a culture that can be difficult to sustain over the long term.
