Pros
- A small team environment where you can get help from the person next to you if you need it. - Located in a decent area where some decent eats are around. - Most of your colleagues are the same age so you’ll be in the same boat for the most part.
Cons
- Company who’s values are non-existent but are there to just turn and burn you until you’ve made them enough money. -I’ve seen senior recruiters and senior sales reps get let go after 2+ years of excellent revenue being brought in for a lack of quote in 1-2 months. -VERY HIGH TURNAROUND HERE, don’t expect to see a lot of your co-workers stay for more than 6-9 months. -Lackluster training program focused around 1980-1990’s methodology, no valuable approaches to the changing market. - Leadership(or a lack of) acts like they are still in high school having a very cliquey approach to their relationship and playing favorites right from the get go.(something you’ll notice right away) - Team leads who are put in this position based on the only fact of their performance but no actual skills building stronger employees. They are strong individual contributors at best. - Low base pay, this is not a deal breaker being only 45k/year but could at least be made up for in terms of better structure and environment. - Newly grads beware, they are targeting you specifically because your naive understanding of the job market and what is better out there. - If you plan to take this offer just know this; It’s all temporary and you’ll put yourself in a better situation if you can tough it out. Don’t take these Glassdoor reviews so lightly as I have. If you have a better option than to settle here, please reconsider looking into those. FYI, to those that think I am a disgruntled previously fired employee, I am not. I left on my own terms and genuinely want this review to reflect an honest experience I’ve had.
