Pros
They provide snacks, PTO and paid holidays (they know they have to to not drive you insane), and weekly pay
Cons
Too many things to even name… training is a joke pretty much just role play with you for a week with situations that never actually happen. Throw you into the fire week 2 and just make you dial all day until your brain hurts. I saw people make upwards of 300 dials a day with nothing to show for it. Every place you calls hates you because they force you to call everyday or call back until they either hang up in your face or answer every question you have (shocker the managers you call hate answering the questions). Most cliquey company I have ever seen with upper management all seeming like a club that think they are too cool for the normal employees and actively look down on you. Only promote from within so the only people that manage you were also taught the toxic traits of how to sell over the phone. My manager didn’t even know how to make eye contact with people much less help you out with any problems that you may have or answer any questions about selling. For some reason management is also still selling so you are basically competing with your manager but another shocker they have all the good accounts and give you all the bottom feeder stuff that has been ran through. On paper something’s make it seem almost worth it but once you’ve dialed 1000 people a week with zero to show for it and management giving you no advice but to keep dialing you will want to run for the hills. Good luck
