Pros
- You will form close bonds with a few employees who work there, because of how incredibly deplorable the working conditions are at triple crown. Other than that I can honestly say there is ABSOLUTELY no cons to working here other than you get paid "something".
Cons
- Literately everything about this place - Incredible pressure to perform, if you don't post any "significant" stats do not expect to stay longer than two months. - Lying, misleading, and outright fraud is encouraged. - Most of the people you work with are ruthless, untalented, and downright terrible people. - CEO is extremely manipulative and skirts the fringes of workplace ethics and business legality each day. - You come in to work each day in "fight or flight" wondering what (explicative here) will go down. You are constantly living in fear or being terrorized by the CEO and her dictator-like tactics. At least when I worked there, all recruiter desks faced her so that she could see EXACTLY what you were doing minute to minute. If you were not making enough calls, saying the right things, or living up to her standards in any way she would let you know immediately and micromanage you to the point you wish you worked at a fast food chain. I've never felt so small as I did when working here. This business does not deserve to exist. I am completely blown away that the BBB or some other Business oversight organization has not taken them down yet. I would expect these tactics and "ethics" to work in a 3rd world country with very little means of employment opportunities.
