Pros

Tris has a small company culture where there is an immediate impact of one's actions; agile in decision making. Tris is not spendthrift on anciliary things... but do a little bit of everything to be inclusive and keep people engaged. Tris is fast-paced and is growing quickly. Management is not risk averse, but CEO is careful in investing and ensuring human resource is not on the cutting block to digest losses.

Cons

Lack of good structure and program management makes execution of projects difficult. Purchasing and vendor management needs a revisit. People complain about too much pressure and unrealistic timelines, but company likes to push the envelope as much as they can. There has been some random firing of people in the past, but as the company grows this should improve.

Ther are a few good dediated employees at Tris.

Cons

Little no foundational process and procedures. Onboarding a new employee does nonexistence. This is a privately owned company where the owner signs off on every check over 5k and has little understanding of financial descions being made without his complete understanding. New employees exit as quickly as they come. Long time employees feel a obligation to the business and stay throughout the insanity.
