Quite literally nothing at all

Small company where you learn a great deal about everyone, to and including the CEO (an open door policy). The company growing taking on more and more contracts so more and more opportunities to move are happening.

They say because they are a small company they cant pay like the larger ones, but in this atmosphere smaller companies do pay more, and give way better benefits. They need to revamp their benefits to include employee referrals. you cant grow a small company without employees.
