Pros

- Really good benefits package - Some great people work here - You will gain a lot of valuable knowledge / experience that could help you in your long term career - If you decide to stay, don't stay long, just take the experience and then find something worth your college degree and skills

Cons

- ZERO respect given to "environmental specialists" or “field technicians” - Way too much office politics, anyone can get ahead by sucking up to management. Tremendous amount of gossip. - President and executive team rule the office through fear but keep people in line by manipulating and promising promotions/opportunities - Totally unorganized - Extremely long hours and back breaking work. Company exploits and overworks (not only, but primarily) young people who are broke, need a job, and have little or no experience - Terrible work/life balance. They expect you to give your soul to the company - Compensation (with the exception of some great benefits like health/dental insurance) is WAY too low for the level of work performed. - Dangerous work, not enough is done to care for the employees. Company sells its B.S. concept of "WOWS!" and says it cares about employees first, when in reality it only cares about the clients and bringing in more business in order to compete with larger companies.

Pros

People are warm and welcoming. Culture is people centric. Hybrid work model. Development opportunities. Growing and scaling fast.

Cons

Okay amount of PTO/sick/personal days. Some processes are less formalized compared to larger organizations that I have been apart of.
