Pros

there are no pros to the job

Cons

Everything about that company is a con. The turnover rate is crazy people quit after 1-2 weeks of work and then the managers lie to you and say it's because they're not hard workers. NO its because the company is horrible and tries to pay eagerrecent grads peanuts to put their life on the line. and all these reviews that have 4 and 5 stars are from managers that are trying to skew the perception of the work place. DO NOT get lured into working for them, they're a company that is very shady and will not protect you from chemical and physical dangers. If you do one thing wrong, they fire you after they wasted weeks or months of your time trying to go through the recruitment process.

We find it unfortunate that you had a bad experience, particularly as it relates to your perception of our safety culture. There is plenty of public data out there that verifies safety is our number 1 priority as an organization. We are an industry leader in safety and plan on keeping it that way. Our philosophy on pay is to remain competitive in the industry and to pay for performance. The position you were in has a structured advancement program to give environmental specialists a pathway for career and financial success. - ABE, Employee Engagement

Pros

People are warm and welcoming. Culture is people centric. Hybrid work model. Development opportunities. Growing and scaling fast.

Cons

Okay amount of PTO/sick/personal days. Some processes are less formalized compared to larger organizations that I have been apart of.
