On paper & theory a great place to work. Great co-workers. Good benefits.
Cons
Florida is a terrible location (davie) to work. Zero support from management. Your input is completely ignored. I don't think the place can be managed any worse. They preach safety but it can't be farther from the truth, just ask for gloves! The equipment is old and out of date, half not even road worthy. This location is nothing more than a branch of waste management, so if garbage interests you, go to work there.
