This is some pretty surprising feedback. We appreciate your opinion and ultimately feel like this job may not have been the right fit for you from the start. In checking our records for all of 2020, we found that the average hours worked for Environmental Specialists in our NY branch was under 50 hours/week with a daily start time of 6-6:30am. From time to time, schedules do vary depending on workload and there is plenty of opportunity for overtime for those who are willing and able to take it on. We pride ourselves in full clarity during our interview process and try to be as upfront as possible about hours and expectations in each role at TEI. Triumvirate is a challenging, fun and rewarding place to work with plenty of opportunities for growth. It’s unfortunate that your experience was different.
