Pros
There is plenty of opportunity for those who want it. They truly value promotion from within, which is good, but has proved to be a double edged sword in certain situations. Company is expanding (not to be confused with growing).
Cons
Poor pay. Very slow to evolve in many areas. IT and HR are in over their heads big time. Not a very fun place to work. Loyalty outweighs performance, and it shows in results.
