We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to read you had a poor experience at Triumvirate- that is not what we hope to hear from our TEI Alumni. We are not perfect (no company is) but we are committed to ensuring that our organization champions all employees and provides equitable opportunities for all. Our various Employee Resource Groups- The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Community, Growing Roles of Women, Triumvirate Gives Back and The Employee Recognition Committee-have been developed to ensure that our Executive team is well informed about and addressing the topics and initiatives that are most important to our workforce. Most recently, we have put a large focus on DE&I Initiatives, Employee Health and Wellness, and have rolled out a formal “Remote Work Policy” for many positions at Triumvirate. As we are a highly customer service focused company and because most employees are needed on our client sites, “remote work” is not possible in all roles. We know how hard our employees work and we truly do appreciate the time (however long) each employee spends in our organization.
