Pros

Can be a great way to get your foot in the door with some of their clients and gain field experience

Cons

Do not value their lower level employees Favoritism is way to prevalent: If you are not a favorite expect to be overlooked and overworked if you ever speak up about a problem with someone who is a favorite expect to be ignored and have a bunch of excesses made for them Low pay for the work that is asked of you You get your schedule the night before and most of the time it does not contain all of the information you need, so you have to reach out to the others listed to get it Management is overall unhelpful

Hello - thank you for your feedback. We have all of our positions posted and welcome all of our employees to set alerts by location and department in order to know of these openings. We highly discourage favoritism and hire qualified candidates into our roles. Our culture promotes asking about what's next and working through advancement programs to move into growth opportunities. We are working on the schedules for those accounts that can be unpredictable. We hear you and agree there needs to be more notice on those accounts that are unlike the many of our accounts where the schedule is much more regular. We encourage our employees to build relationships with management and mentors.

Pros

As a company, PTO time is available from the start (granted you hit your 90 day), and it makes it really flexible to plan ahead. There are a ton of opportunities to shadow, and learn new roles as long as you speak up. Mentorship, and being able to use your voice is huge. It gives entry level people the ability to really establish themselves.

Cons

There is not enough movement on the ground in establishing new oss accounts so it can be difficult to advance in the region you are currently in if you are unable to move. Overall, upper management in their regions have too much going on / on their plate. It is difficult to understand their vision because of infrequent comunication - lots of missed opportunities to delegate and have open communication to make the whole management team flow better.
