-Great training and opportunity to get CDL -lots of overtime if your willing to work -Can move up quickly within the company and can move to different departments -A lot of fun coworkers and some nice people in management -pretty good benefits
Cons
-pay is very uncompetitive and negotiating for more results in negligible results -difficult often long days working with dangerous chemicals
