Pros
Good place to get your feet wet straight out of, get good work experience. Triumvirate name is very well known in the industry so you'll get scouted like crazy by other employers before you know it. Not meant to be a forever job unless you want to stay and grown and develop within the company.
Cons
Lot of manual labor; lifting heavy things, pushing, etc. Working with hazardous materials so you need to be careful. Pay is not the best but is alright to get experience. High turnover rate as a result.
