Pros
There’s a lot of knowledge to start your career and filled with people to guide you towards your goals. Continuous rapid growth leads to more positions, if you can make it that long.
Cons
Do not stick up for yourself. I’ve watched coworkers get reprimanded for being safe or sharing their concerns. Your personal life means nothing to the company, you are a number not a human. The corporate culture is putting the employees first but, that isn’t the truth. It’s an unforgiving work environment if you compromise the profit margin. If the job can be done without getting the proper equipment, you will be belittled until you give in.
