Pros
You will be working with mostly good people who are also trying their hardest to land a different job.
Cons
The job preys on recent graduates who don't know any better. You can make better or similar money at entry level jobs that don't require anything more than a GED...and they most likely don't involve dealing with hazardous materials. I suggest getting ANY job besides this one, doing some OSHA, DOT, CDL training on the side, and applying to the many other environmental services companies around that compensate and treat their employees appropriately. Yes, there are companies in this field looking for employment who not only pay their employees MUCH more, but also have much better benefits.
