Pros

New office hours (as of Jan 2016) have greatly improved work/life balance. This is a major change for Triumvirate - fantastic work getting this implemented, and thank you! I have had a great deal of success during my time at Triumvirate. I receive some form of compensation increase (raise, promotion, adjustment etc) every year. Professionally, I have grown by leaps and bounds. I have served my department in several different capacities and while my role does not require me to be an environmental expert I have really learned a lot about Triumvirate's business process. Those who prefer to strictly stay inside of their comfort zone may not enjoy the same success that I have. The benefits of Triumvirate really shine through when you take initiative to grow in your career and professional skill set. Triumvirate also supports internal committees that promote initiatives such as sustainability and diversity.

Cons

Triumvirate has its fair share of bureaucratic red tape. Employees at various levels are known to display poor attitude and a sense of entitlement. These offenders are absolutely known, but their recurring behavior seems to be tolerated. This is more than just a couple of bad eggs- but not an epidemic. These employees span several geographical regions and range from upper management to front line employees.

Pros

People are warm and welcoming. Culture is people centric. Hybrid work model. Development opportunities. Growing and scaling fast.

Cons

Okay amount of PTO/sick/personal days. Some processes are less formalized compared to larger organizations that I have been apart of.
