Pros
Great flexibility! Great entry level job into medical sales. The Marketing department is a god send. If the Regional Account managers do not get paid then the National Account managers do not get paid, so the incentive for the whole team to work together is great. Smaller sales division so each RAM is more like a family member than a co worker. Everyone really pulls for your success. Travel is very necessary depending on how many states are in your territory.
Cons
No training. Travel can be from Monday-Friday. Communication from HQ can be abrupt and no warning is given. Commission is only bi annually within the sales team.
