The diabetic products market is difficult. Medicare reimbursement decreases have made innovation and technology unjustifiable. It has also led to layoffs and poor working conditions. The employees are pressured for a business model that now is not what the HQ in Japan thought they had bargained for. That creates dissention. And it doesn't help that the company monitors employee communcations leading to a lack of trust. Scary place....
