Company is focused on growing and squiring other companies at expense of current employees work loads, lack of direction and preparedness for expansion. Mgmt is very bad at communicating downward. There is a little closed circle of people who make decisions for global employees. Not much room for upward career growth. Gaps in knowledge are covered by hiring contractors instead of educating and promoting growth from within.
