Pros
The legacy Peppers are the only pro remaining (and there aren't many left! Look at how many PARTNERS have left en masse.. That should speak for itself. And they don't even inform the team when someone is gone (or let them do so themselves, even), we have to accidentally figure it out ourselves and scramble). It's a genuine dumpster fire around here now. Dispicable to see what the admin has made this firm become. Unrecognizable. But don't worry, they'll just swallow up another small firm in a couple years, pretend all is well and everyone is supportive of it, and continue their quest for domination at all costs!
Cons
The first merger made the firm unrecognizable. And it's gotten worse since then. Constant restructuring and micromanagement. Employees are not seen as humans anymore, just numbers. AND they won't even pay you market value, let alone your worth. There isn't a single redeeming quality left, and if you dare to voice ANY displeasure, they begin retaliating until you either leave due to mistreatment and sheer misery or they orchestrate a firing (legally or not, ironically! Just look into the employment lawsuits against them.. At least as much as possible, since they've done their best to scrub the worst, which just so happen to be the experiences of minorities...). It used to be the firm of dreams, but it's now a nightmare I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
