Pros
Tuition assistance after one year of working.
Cons
You get paid less to do more work. Hands on training, meaning you learn by working. Limited, if any, room for advancement. HR and supervisors will look out for their best interest and hire from outside rather than promote from within. You do not get pay raises aside from cost of living each year, in order to receive an increase in pay you will have to apply for a new position that is considered "more important". Expect to be offered minimum wage to $10/hour (MAX).
