Terrible mistake, terrible school - Recruiter Troy University Employee Review

Truly nothing positive to say - no direction, no real training, expect 24/7 commitment to Troy, but provide no reason to think Troy is anything more than second rate. Management has no idea what they're doing or what they want - expect recruiters to magically bring in hundreds of 'quality' students with no regard for how to do it and reject every idea of how improvements could be made. Feel stuck and desperate, and the management's attitude is that anyone should just be grateful to have a job.
