Pros
Excellent local management and work-life balance, great coworkers, good benefits (health and education), enjoyed working with and assisting students. Troy is a quality and reputable school that I enjoyed working for but the leadership leaves a lot to be desired.
Cons
~low pay - not competitive and doesn't consider education and experience to determine salary ~poor communication and support between main campus and satellite locations ~poor management at the main campus level ~few opportunities for growth/promotion unless you want to move to Alabama
