Pros

The everyday, front line workers are great to work with. These front line people are genuinely good people. You spend at least 40 hours a week with your coworkers, and the coworkers here are great! The company has good benefits, from vision, dental, health, 401k, employee assistance programs, etc. The pay is decent, but could definitely be better. There is typically a one-time bonus each March. The company is rather flexible with schedules if you have appointments, kid activities or need to be out of the office.

Cons

Management is not trustworthy. They waffle on their decisions. They can't keep deadlines or promises. Management does not listen to the ideas from anyone NOT in a management position. They refuse to see the inefficiencies in the out-dated processes and procedures. Because of this they are bleeding cash/expenses, have unnecessary levels of management and are bloated with inefficiencies everywhere. There are double standards between management and front line employees. Management can push deadlines multiple times, not get things done that have been promised for ages. Management has no accountability. Yet front line employees are held to standards that can be unattainable at times. There is an attitude at this company of "that's how it's always been done", and it is tough to overcome.

Pros

Used to be a great company to work for until about a year ago.

Cons

I have worked for TruStage for over 10 years. They recently made the decision to outsource a large amount of employees to another company- Wipro. 120 people lost their jobs at Trustage and TruStage signed an non-compete between themselves and Wipro in which none of the 55 employees who got an employment offer with Wipro could be hired in any other role until September 2027. I lost my health care, my pension, and my job security and TruStage didn’t care at all. I would be wary of working for TruStage as I hear they want to expand to outsource more jobs to wipro/india. It’s a disgrace the way they handled the outsourcing of loyal, smart, successful employees.
