Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate your observations of both the work experience and the culture. It’s great to hear that you genuinely feel invested in, valued and confident in the future of our business. We definitely have something to be excited about!
I understand and share your feelings about bureaucracy. It can still feel complex to get things done at times, but I genuinely believe we’re making progress. We’re challenging our leaders to be just that: leaders. To empower their teams to make decisions and take actions. We’re not all the way there yet, but I do see leaders really working at this and their teams supporting this development. I appreciate your concerns about information being shared from the top-down. As a result of some of the employee quarterly surveys, we have been identifying ways to get more information out to employees quicker and easier. Part of my role leading the broader employee experience is to ensure we have an engaged workforce, not just an informed one. I see a big difference between the two, and it starts with having two-way conversations. Please, continue to share your ideas. Continue challenging those around you. And continue looking for more opportunities to grow. I would also welcome any feedback or ideas you have for sharing information and would encourage you to reach out to me directly.
