Pros
Most of the line staff are awesome and I loved what I did. Management, not so much.
Cons
I'll try not to be bitter. Once you've been "targeted" it's over. They will result to any measure to get rid of you including outright lying if it suits their purpose. While the "claim" they are trying to help you, it is all baloney. They don't not treat employees equally and are deathly afraid to take action against employees, when warranted, that could result in discrimination suits based on a protected class. They had no interest in evidence showing other employees were not being counseled for "like" activity. (I.E., they were receiving preferential treatment) They very much want people to obtain degrees/certifications, which isn't a bad thing, but if you choose not to, I believe, they begin their efforts to rid you from "the team." In my opinion, they hire/promote based more on education than qualification. They have made business decisions that are in their best interest, not necessarily in the best interest of their clients.
